Ajustes al proyecto educativo institucional del Liceo Musical Shalom a los requerimientos actuales propuestos por el Ministerio de Educaci?n Nacional

Recurso Electr?nicoEl presente proyecto de investigaci?n se realiz? en la Instituci?n Educativa Liceo Musical Shalom, ubicada en el Jord?n etapa 3 de la ciudad de Ibagu?; desde el a?o 2011 no se han venido haciendo los ajustes, cambios y modificaciones como lo reglamenta el Ministerio de Educaci?n Nacional al Proyecto Educativo Institucional el cual presenta serias dificultades para su aplicaci?n y proyecci?n. Es por ello que surge la necesidad de realizar los ajustes al PEI del Establecimiento Educativo teniendo en cuenta la activa participaci?n de los miembros de la comunidad educativa como lo son directivos, docentes, padres de familia, egresados y estudiantes; para lo cual se enmarca el proyecto en la metodolog?a investigaci?n acci?n participativa como un m?todo de intervenci?n social ya que se tiene en cuenta a cada uno de los miembros de la comunidad educativa en el que se hace un trabajo colaborativo y reflexivo buscando mejorar la calidad del servicio que se ofrece en la instituci?n educativa respondiendo a las necesidades actuales de los educandos. De acuerdo con lo mencionado anteriormente se llevaron a cabo an?lisis de los resultados arrojados en la encuesta recolectando informaci?n de manera ordenada y organizada, a trav?s de preguntas argumentativas, de desarrollo y de razonamiento. As? mismo, se utilizan los grupos de discusi?n el cual permite registrar las observaciones, puntos de vista, an?lisis de los miembros de la comunidad educativa, habi?ndose elaborado una agenda de trabajo con anterioridad de manera espec?fica y concreta. That is why the need arises to make adjustments to the PEI of the Educational Establishment taking into account the active participation of the members of the educational community such as managers, teachers, parents, graduates and students; for which the project is framed in the participatory action research methodology as a method of social intervention since it is taken into account to each one of the members of the educational community in which a collaborative and reflective work is done seeking to improve the quality of the service that is offered in the educational institution responding to the current needs of the students. According to the aforementioned, an analysis of the results obtained in the structured interview (informal talks) was carried out, collecting information in an orderly and organized way, through argumentative, development and reasoning questions. Likewise, the debate script (structured instrument) is used to record the observations, points of view, analysis of the members of the educational community, having prepared a work agenda beforehand in a specific and concrete way.
